
Technical Sales Representative

Responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, monitoring dealer growth, and ensuring product availability in the assigned area.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
- Closely monitors the sales growth of all dealers, sub-dealers, and users in the assigned area, ensuring all target quotas are met.
- Ensures strict implementation of the Minimum Retail Price.
- Coordinates with local government and agricultural officials for local activities in line with company marketing programs.
- Ensures a constant and consistent supply of products within the assigned distribution network.
- Monitors both physical appearance and product performance from store outlets to end users, noting changes or complaints and reporting them to the area supervisor or manager.
- Creates new store and farm accounts.
- May be called to conduct seminars for gamecock raisers.
- Provides technical assistance to all product users, both on a pre-set schedule and on-call service.
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Updates and uses relevant knowledge, keeping technically up-to-date and applying new knowledge to the job.
- Attends meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions, and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to remain current on principles, practices, and new developments in assigned work areas.
- Responds to client questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner.
- Complies with any additional projects assigned by the District Sales Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or any related course.
- Must pass the basic training course as set by management.
- Well organized and goal-oriented.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal skills; self-starter.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
