Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders and translating these into requirements, including use cases and user stories. Add these to the backlog.
  • Map end‑to‑end as‑is and to‑be business processes.
  • Consider requirements for different regions and how these impact the global org structure, working with the business for requirements sign‑off.
  • Identify and resolve problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Escalate important issues to senior leadership to enable prompt decisions.
  • Transition from project phases to business as usual, ensuring a seamless shift in support and change management.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of change management and release processes.
  • Organize and manage UAT test sessions with the business and write test cases for the business to follow. Gather global sign‑off for the build and deployment to go ahead.
  • Validate functional and non‑functional requirements and define acceptance criteria ahead of sprint planning.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years BA experience
  • 1+ years Salesforce BA (or similar) experience
  • Demonstrable experience covering the complete project life cycle in a structured environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
  • Worked within a Scrum/Agile framework
  • Experience with interfaces between multiple systems
  • Experience working with both on‑premise and SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of CI/CD deployments and Jira
  • Experience working across multi‑state locations and time zones
  • Experience in the technology sector; professional services experience is desirable
