  • Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Canadian Banking experience
  • Maintain the project files, including project documentation, meeting minutes, project status reports, and related correspondence/documentation
  • Maintain the project budget, including reviewing weekly and monthly timesheet reports, approving invoices, maintaining cost forecasts, and reconciling the budget
  • Schedule meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking
  • Communicate project status regularly, complete required reports, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
