Lead, mentor, and drive performance while managing recruitment and collaborating with key stakeholders. If you're an experienced team manager with a passion for growth and success, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaborate, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Manage multiple tasks and pivot when necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in managing Recruitment Teams ideally from the following industries:

    • Recruitment/Headhunter Firms
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Operations Management, Performance Management, and Team Development principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical abilities and leadership capabilities are essential.
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting tasks based on business requirements.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite.
