Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Recruitment Consultant role located in Cebu. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients on their recruitment needs, conducting interviews, communicating effectively with both clients and candidates and managing the recruiting process on a day-to-day basis. This is a 360-degree role. Business Development is required.

We have recently branched out to the Philippines in recent years and are looking for someone who has a lot of experience servicing the Australian Market.

Qualifications

  • Graduate Recruitment and Consulting skills (Servicing Australian Market)
  • Extensive experience with ATS systems such as Jobadder, Bullhorn, Vincere, etc.
  • Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Experience in the recruitment industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
