We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our field sales team in Bacolod. As the face of Fortem Cement Corporation, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
Your Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and hardware sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
- Experience in the same field (Construction or Hardware products) or target clients is an advantage.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field to meet clients and prospects.
