Recruitment Manager - Corporate | Tech & Digital at EXL

Business and client facing role that ensures seamless IT service management - helps business growth and creates value for business and their clients through IT intervention. Relationship management with business client IT teams in-scope.

IT Operations

  • Drive Incident & Situation management for all Sev1 & Sev2 incidents
  • Follow established operating policies to mitigate risk and ensures business availability
  • Engage and collaborate with the Global Geographies team and manage communication, escalations, provide support, drive central initiatives

IT Governance

  • IT Governance and Effectiveness to be measured on weekly, monthly, & quarterly basis
  • Compliance assurance - Support Audit activities along with risk identification & management, vulnerability management

IT Transition Management

  • IT Client Transition management
  • Client account and portfolio management
  • Program management
  • Client communications around Technology
  • Understand technology availability metrics and share insights

Information Security (ISO27K and PCI/DSS)

  • Ensure compliance to client contractual obligations on Information Security & Regulatory Controls / Certifications
  • Manage IT governance with client and all business stakeholders

Technical Skills

Good understanding of:

  • Network (MPLS, Internet, Site to Site VPN)
  • Systems, VDI Solution and business applications (Citrix, AWS, Horizon VMware, Zscaler)

An industry recognized certification like ITIL / ITSM is an advantage

Understanding of project management methodology

Soft Skills

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills in a cross functional environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams
  • Good listening and consultative skills

General Qualifications

  • Graduate, preferably Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Certifications like ITIL / ITSM, PMP is an advantage
  • 5 to 7 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (300+Seats)
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7, fast paced environment
  • Experience in handling banking, financial, logistics accounts on a contact center setup is an advantage
