Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies across the company's retail arm. This role will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Management and Optimization
    1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
    2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance against agreed-upon KPIs and objectives, providing regular updates to senior management.
    3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within partnerships, ensuring a smooth and productive relationship.
  2. Joint Marketing Initiatives
    1. Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive brand awareness and growth.
    2. Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of co-branded marketing materials and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent message.
    3. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
    4. Training: Provide training and support to trade partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives to retail arm.
  3. Brand Portfolio Management
    1. Portfolio Analysis: Assist in analyzing the brand portfolio to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
    2. Brand Positioning: Help manage brand positioning strategies to ensure a cohesive and effective brand presence across all channels.
    3. Product Updates: Coordinate with product teams to update and maintain accurate brand information and product details.
  4. Strategic Alignment and Integration
    1. Strategy Alignment: Align partnership strategies with overall brand marketing goals and business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to brand positioning and market presence.
    2. Integration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to integrate partnership activities into broader marketing and business strategies.
  5. Reporting and Analytics
    1. Performance Reports: Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership performance, including insights, results, and recommendations for optimization.
    2. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to partnership activities and outcomes, using insights to inform future partnership strategies and decisions.
    3. Budget Management: Manage budgets related to partnerships, vendor costs, and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  6. Compliance and Brand Protection
    1. Guideline Adherence: Ensure that all partnership activities and co-branded materials comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
    2. Brand Protection: Monitor partner activities to protect the brand's integrity and reputation, addressing any deviations from agreed-upon standards.
  7. Strategic Planning
    1. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential new partners that align with the brand's strategic objectives.
    2. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of long-term partnership strategies and plans that support overall brand growth and market expansion.
