GROW is currently looking for a PRODUCT ENGINEER to be placed for one of our clients in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or Master's degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Four or more years of experience with enterprise HR business applications including SAP Payroll.
  • Four or more years of experience with any HRIS business processes and its integration tools.
  • Experience with ABAP development is a must.
  • Two or more years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration, and Webservice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • May lead functional teams or projects.
  • Requires specialized expertise in technical processes or procedures.
  • Completes assignments and facilitates the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area.
  • May act as a lead, providing subject matter guidance to team members but is not a supervisor.
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices; proposing improvements to processes and methods as needed.
  • Monday to Friday; Shifting (Onsite)
  • Expect weekend or holiday reporting (with overtime pay)

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary budget of 90,000 Php to 150,000 Php
