Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quality Manager. The position is located in Davao City, but some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes, develop and implement quality management systems, lead quality audits, analyze key performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, the role involves mentoring and training team members to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong skills in Quality Audits, Performance Metrics Analysis, and Process Improvement
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team training abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or relateds field
