Job Responsibilities
  1. Plants, transplants, fertilizes, applies chemicals, waters, prunes, and weeds flower beds and plant areas.
  2. Maintains flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs.
  3. Plants and propagates bedding plants; may manage greenhouse operations, as applicable.
  4. Picks up and disposes of litter.
  5. May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
  6. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
  7. May irrigate, mow, rake, and trim lawns and/or athletic fields.
Job Qualifications
  1. At least High School Graduate
  2. Must have 6 months and up Gardening Experience with COE
  3. Must be willing to work in MANILA/MAKATI
  4. Must possess strong leadership and commitment
  5. Must be hardworking, flexible, result-oriented, and up for a challenge
  6. Must be willing to work extended hours
  7. Must be trainable and can work with less supervision
