Strategy & Analytics Project Manager

The Strategy & Analytics Project Manager reports to the AVP Strategy & Analytics and plays a key role in supporting North America Treasury Operations with strategic planning, project management, and developing the Reporting & Analytics function.

This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Treasury Operations leadership, IT, Business Units, and global partners. Success is measured by the achievement of strategic KPIs and project execution.

This position is ideal for a project manager with strategic focus seeking to expand experience in planning, execution, and business results.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Support strategic activities, monitor roadmap and KPI performance, manage projects, lead or support enterprise activities, and leverage AI & automation to improve processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Oversee reporting requests, manage analytics projects, and help establish centralized KPI reporting using dashboards and automation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years as an intermediate or senior project manager
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • 3+ years creating reports for leadership
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Project management certification an asset
  • Experience in strategic activities, analytics, and automation tools an asset
