Overview:

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. The Operations

Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, service, bar, and venue

readiness, while upholding brand standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise all operational areas—including kitchen, service, bar, and venue setup—to ensure smooth daily operations and full readiness.

  2. Team Briefings & Coordination: Lead daily pre-opening and pre-closing briefings with the Chef and Head Bartender to ensure alignment between Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams.

  3. Menu Familiarity & Staff Training: Ensure all staff are well-trained and confident in the details of each menu item, fostering excellent guest service and strong product knowledge.

  4. SOP & Standards Enforcement: Consistently uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordination protocols, and brand quality standards.

  5. Inventory & Procurement Oversight: Review and approve inventory checks; collaborate with the stockman, procurement, inventory, and kitchen teams to manage supply levels effectively.

  6. Purchasing Delegation: Delegate purchasing tasks to ensure timely restocking and prevent disruptions to operations.

  7. Cost Control & Pricing Strategy: Partner with the Concept Development Manager to implement pricing strategies and maintain food and beverage costs within budget.

  8. Decision-Making & Leadership: Make informed decisions related to staffing, budgeting, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges to drive the venue's success.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in hospitality or F&B operations (ideally in a beach club, resort, or restaurant setting)

  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  3. Highly organized with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities

  4. Willing to work on-site with flexibility across shifts, weekends, and holidays

  5. Familiarity with inventory systems and operational tools is a plus
