Position Title: Recruitment, Marketing, & Sourcing Officer

Job Summary:

  1. Develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Design and manage job postings across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and career fairs.
  3. Utilize social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn and Facebook) to connect with potential candidates and promote job openings.
  4. Collaborate with the recruitment team and marketing team to understand the needs and requirements for each role and projects.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Stay updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and technologies.
  7. Enhance employer branding efforts: Develop and execute strategies to promote our employer brand, ensuring a positive and consistent image in the job market.
  8. Create compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences through various channels, including social media, blogs, and videos.
  9. Measure and report on the success of employer branding initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Create and implement engaging job ads to attract top talent while aligning with the Bank's employer brand and hiring needs.
  11. Conduct competitor scans and talent mapping to identify industry trends, hiring initiatives, and build a pipeline of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years work experience related to employer branding and marketing.
  2. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach on each platform.
  3. Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling and visually appealing social media content.
  4. Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to make informed decisions and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  6. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging technologies.
