Job Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
  • Answer participant questions and discuss needs to gain a full understanding of the requested information
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work
  • Willing to work within 25 km to 35 km distance
