SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct assessment of security incidents and investigate data breaches and privacy-related complaints,

including review of all relevant documentation in light of the incident.

2. Submit to the PIM Head a report with detailed findings and recommendations on the DP issues arising

from the incidents and data breaches.

3. Gathers, analyses, and documents/logs relevant and material records and data about the data breach

incidents and privacy-related complaints in the PIM Registry.

4. Conduct risk assessments on projects/processes/systems affected by the incident.

5. Regularly coordinates with DP-SPOC for relevant DP issues and DP requirements.

6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor concerning incident management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or any related courses.

  • 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Knowledge of data protection, data privacy

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong planning, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
