We are seeking a Privacy Analyst to join our expanding team of privacy experts. This role is pivotal in enhancing and implementing our global privacy program within the Asian region. You will ensure our data privacy practices comply with regulations and reflect industry best practices. While part of the global privacy team, you will collaborate with local business units to support privacy initiatives, conduct risk assessments, evaluate local legislation, and implement compliance programs. Success in this role requires balancing teamwork—supporting and improving the global roadmap—and autonomous work to maintain local privacy programs.

About The Role

As Analyst, Privacy & Cybersecurity Law, your responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and reporting on updates in privacy laws and technologies.
  2. Contributing to the development and strengthening of the global privacy program by providing insights on local laws.
  3. Implementing and maintaining privacy policies and procedures locally.
  4. Collaborating with legal, IT, and business teams to embed privacy controls into systems and processes.
  5. Handling privacy-related inquiries and requests.
  6. Training employees on data privacy best practices.
About You

You are suitable for this role if your background includes:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, Business, or related fields.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in data privacy, protection, or similar roles.
  3. A solid understanding of Asian privacy laws such as PIPL, DPDPA, PDPA, among others.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
