Bits of your job:
Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues
Leverage your expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products
Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls
Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services
Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database
Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services

Key expectations:
Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions
Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage effectively in this position
Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication skills with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Base salary of $500-$700 per month, plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings of $1300+ per month.
