Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS BM Major in Operations Management or any related courses is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing operations in an entertainment, hospitality, or recreational facility.
  • Experience in marketing strategies, event promotion, or customer engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing teams to align operational activities with promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to attract customers and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and use of management software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences.

Job Description:

  1. Operations Management
    Oversee operations across Sociale Space, Kidzspace, and Playspacio.
    Oversee facility operations and bookings.
    Ensure all facilities, equipment, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.
    Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to provide a safe environment for customers and staff.
    Ensure alignment with Lotus values.
  2. Sales and Marketing
    Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer visits and revenue.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special events.
    Build relationships with local communities, organizations, and businesses to promote the center's offerings.
  3. Event Management
    Oversee events such as tournaments, parties, and community activities.
    Manage event budgets and monitor post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Financial Management
    Develop budgets and revenue targets by market trends and customer demand.
    Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively and identify areas for improvement.
    Oversee the budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
    Prepare financial reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  5. Staff Management
    Complete supervision of all staff and team leaders within FEC.
    Develop schedules and allocate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
    Foster a positive work environment and conduct regular performance reviews.
