Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and prepare comprehensive training courses. These training courses cover the technical as well as the business application of the company's software products.
  • Facilitate the full training cycle, including conducting training needs analysis, designing content, delivering programs tailored to in-house staff and client banks, assessing training outcomes, and engaging in post-training consultancy work.
  • Organize, write, and update training materials such as e-learning content, manuals, slide decks, training plans and guides, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with other departments on product sales and implementation by leveraging training expertise and product/business skills.
  • Develop and maintain the training server/environment required to conduct training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university or college
  • Strong inclination to learn banking systems and related software - including configuration, deployment and practical business use
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design and logistics involved in different training formats (in-person, hybrid or LMS/e-learning) to facilitate effective delivery of training content
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confident presenter with strong facilitation and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
