Anytime Fitness West Fairview is seeking for a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and medical history. You will provide guidance, motivation, and support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives and lead healthier lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any medical considerations.

  • Design customized exercise programs tailored to meet the needs and objectives of individual clients.

  • Demonstrate and instruct proper exercise techniques to ensure safe and effective workouts.

  • Motivate and encourage clients to adhere to their fitness programs and make positive lifestyle changes.

  • Monitor clients' progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training plans as necessary to optimize results.

  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey.

  • Educate clients on various aspects of health, nutrition, and fitness to empower them to make informed decisions.

  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.

  • Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness training and exercise science.

Requirements:

  • Degree in the field of science, exercise or sports management

  • Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer or in a related fitness role is preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
