About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at BIRC International Resources Corp'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of our organization. This role is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila office.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to the leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company\'s overall business objectives
  • Oversee the financial reporting process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of financial services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the financial function\'s efficiency and accuracy
What we\'re looking for
  • 8+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Proven track record of managing a team and leading financial operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis software
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) preferred
