POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our team and help us grow As a Global Marketing Blogger, you'll create website blogging drafts for executive publication for all MCI brands.

This is an entry-level position; however, strong English writing skills are required, and experience with blogging or business writing is a plus. We will train the right fit for this position. At MCI, we believe in rewarding our employees for their dedication and commitment to excellence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce well-researched, high-quality, and SEO-optimized content for publication online.
• Use your skills as a writer to turn marketing jargon into digestible and engaging narratives.
• Complete drafts of content or finished projects within the deadline.
• Perform keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into your writing.
• Uphold excellent copyediting skills with strong attention to details like spelling, grammar, and clarity.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
• Communicate and collaborate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
