About the Client:

The client is a dynamic investment and real estate development firm with a strong focus on the hospitality industry. They are a leading hotel development organization, recognized as a preferred developer by major brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and proactive part-time General Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative support to the company's hotel development and management operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to become a key member of our team and help streamline daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence.
  • Receives 150 emails of which 25 are needing attention, screen emails and advise what Pete needs to reply to.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to free up the owner's time
  • Setting up folders in dropbox for various projects, directories.
  • Organize, set up and manage schedules and appointments.
  • Draft and send responses to various inquiries.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
    • Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs.
    • Dropbox experience
    • Excel - basic to intermediate
    • A high level of attention to detail.
    • Fluent in English. Good written and verbal skills
    • Experience in the real estate or hotel industry is ideal
    • Reliable internet connection and backup power source.
