Your Role

  • To complete the daily processing of all Sea shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements.
  • To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and prepare the Import /Export shipmentsas per client profile and business needs.
  • Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office.
  • Maintain latest working instructions.
  • Execute fast, accuratetransaction processingwith data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/admin
  • Advance knowledge inMS Office applications
  • Solid knowledge of international geography
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines
  • Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
  • Experience in structuredprocess analysisandprocess documentationskills
