Job Description

Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, and information on Globe products and services to meet their needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting customers in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education.
  2. Attending to sales and service needs of customers.
  3. Approving and processing sales and service applications and transactions in the system.
  4. Processing payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
