Job Description

As a Citrix Administrator, you will manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure to ensure peak performance, security, and reliability. You'll work with Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud—troubleshooting, upgrading, and optimizing environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and enhance critical business operations across global platforms.

Shift: Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 10:00 PM–07:00 AM, Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Citrix Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps, Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler (ADC)
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation (a plus)
  • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA, CCP, or CCE) are highly desirable
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Your Daily Tasks

  • Install, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler (ADC)
  • Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure a stable and scalable environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including user access, performance degradation, and connectivity problems
  • Implement and manage Citrix policies, user profiles, and group policies to enhance user experience
  • Oversee Citrix license compliance and perform capacity planning
  • Apply regular updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and stability
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing infrastructure and applications
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal IT staff
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
