Job Description

As a NetScaler Administrator, you'll oversee the configuration, performance, and security of Citrix NetScaler environments. You'll work across teams to troubleshoot issues, manage policies, and ensure the seamless delivery of enterprise applications.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of experience as a NetScaler Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Citrix NetScaler (ADC), including load balancing, content switching, and security policies.
  • Proven experience with Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
  • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-N, CCP-N) are highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Install, configure, and manage Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances for load balancing, content switching, and application firewall security.
  • Monitor NetScaler performance to ensure optimal uptime, security, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetScaler-related issues in coordination with network and application teams.
  • Implement and manage SSL certificates, security policies, and access controls.
  • Optimize and fine-tune load balancing, GSLB, and caching settings to improve application performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetScaler with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Perform regular firmware updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system stability and security.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
