You understand the tradeoffs between area, parasitics, and schedule. You've worked through ECOs, debugged LVS to hell and back, and made peace with the EMIR gods.

The Work

We"re hiring IC Layout Engineers who bring experience, clarity, and ownership to every layer of the craft. You've delivered full-custom and semi-custom designs. You understand the tradeoffs between area, parasitics, and schedule. You've worked through ECOs, debugged LVS to hell and back, and made peace with the EMIR gods.

You also know that excellence doesn't come from ego—it comes from discipline, listening deeply, and having the courage to speak up when something's off.

Who You'll Be Working With

SilVer Design's project leads aren't just technically excellent—they've been building together for 30 to 40 years. These are engineers who can sketch layout in their heads, spot failure points before they happen, and guide teams not just with expertise—but with care.

What We Need From You
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in full-custom/semi-custom IC layout
  • Proficient in debugging DRC, LVS, DFM, EMIR, Antenna, Latchup issues
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools
  • Ownership from cell-level to chip-level layout
  • Collaborative mindset with a high bar for quality and delivery
  • Project management and leadership experience is a plus
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • A willingness to learn, challenge, and be challenged
