Job Title: Customer Service

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Process import bookings and coordinate with overseas agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
  • Track shipment orders and provide status reports to clients.
  • Invoice clients for job-related expenses and process creditor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Arrange transportation and cartage services for clients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from a Customs Administration or related course.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end order processing activities.
  • Proficiency in using Cargowise/ICS/Excel software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
