Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in customer service or administrative coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in business writing and etiquette.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction by managing and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and Projects Division, ensuring smooth communication regarding the acceptance of units, unit turnovers, title transfers, and other post-construction or after-sales matters.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and any customer-related concerns according to established standard operating procedures.
  • Track customer trends and prepare regular reports to monitor activity and ensure continuous improvement in customer relations.
