Overview

The Resource Deployment Associate provides the necessary support in all the staffing needs and requirements as requested by the client. This requires agile management – providing the right people on the right projects at the right time. The main focus is to ensure that resources have the suitable skills and caliber for deployment and are made available for tasks and activities as required by the engagement teams. The Resource Deployment Associate should be able to forecast, utilize and conduct workload balance while considering talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively assist in the staff fulfillment process based on the agreed talent needs of the clients;
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with engagement managers;
  • Be able to use technology and established tools effectively by maintaining an online staffing database and related client and engagement information;
  • Day-to-day deployment of staff to projects/assignments balancing theCommercial needs of the business and the staff member;
  • Analyze and present information and insights to advise the business;
  • Provide solutions for resourcing demands and prepared to adopt to new methodologies and ways of working;
  • Manage resourcing conflicts and priorities by regularly monitoring personnel needs and availabilities;
  • Consult and inquire with stakeholders to understand their needs and staff demands;
  • Take an active role in resource management projects and initiatives;
  • Assign personnel to engagements based on client requirements and industry experience of personnel for optimal utilization;
  • Monitor utilization and overtime levels and provide meaningful input regarding headcount based on client needs and available hours;
  • Ensure compliance with Firm policies such as preparation of time reports and scheduling of related activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Social Studies, or other related fields;
  • Minimum one year relevant work experience;
  • Exposure on resource deployment procedures and tools;
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team;
  • Project Management skills in handling multiple engagement staffing simultaneously;
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
