Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the business growth of the company. The position is tasked to manage all deliverables due from the assigned client(s) or projects(s), maximizing the efforts of all program elements in support of the Client and Company's business objectives.

The role focuses on three main areas: Business Development, Project Management, and Management Support.

Business Development:

  • Lead business development and transformation planning.
  • Research trends, innovations, and platforms to improve service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Engage with prospective clients, maintain follow-ups, and assist in sales presentations.
  • Develop sales strategies and quotas.
  • Maintain client contact databases and build long-term relationships.

Project Management:

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee project planning and implementation, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure proper execution of projects within operational and cost guidelines.
  • Address activation issues and advise the General Manager on project matters.

Management Support:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies in administrative, accounting, and personnel areas.
  • Supervise staff to ensure task efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct superior.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of solid experience in business development or marketing, particularly for project-based work.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of company offerings and current industry trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and manage the negotiation process.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Must be willing to do field work.
