Job Title: Human Resources Officer at Manila Ocean Park
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives targeting leisure, corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), travel trade, and group business segments. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, creating promotional strategies, and ensuring an optimal mix of hotel occupancy and others.
ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel room bookings and theme park ticket sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, travel agent, tour operator, school groups, and event organizer segments.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
Client & Account Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and client meetings.
- Handle key accounts and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Marketing & Promotion Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional packages and seasonal offers.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions to promote the property and park.
- Liaise with the operations, reservations, front office, and event teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Work closely with the events team to promote and support group bookings and corporate functions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track performance metrics (occupancy rates, park entries, average spend) and adjust sales efforts accordingly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business threats and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industries. Experience with hotels and/or amusement/theme parks is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
