Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or other related fields.

  • With at least 2 years of work experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Working knowledge of residential/commercial high-end furniture, retail furniture, or related fields; able to start with an existing network of clients is a plus.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.

  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure; must be able to bounce back quickly from setbacks and adversity when facing challenging situations.

  • Willing to muck in; must be open to working beyond their job descriptions and do the nitty-gritty to get the job done.

  • With a pleasing personality and willing to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sales process, handling and answering clients' calls and emails.

  • Be the point person in the Showroom for all sales-related inquiries, assist walk-in clients.

  • Actively seek potential partners/clients using various lead generation strategies such as saturation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  • Manage the Showroom. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment, including overseeing displays and product placement.

  • Customer service: maintain and nurture partner/clients relationships and provide efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction and pave the way for re-orders and referrals.

  • Take qualified leads, establish relationships, and collaborate with architects, interior designers, and partners who can potentially refer clients, ultimately securing signed contracts.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to introduce alternative and complementary products.

  • Maintain close project deals from start to finish; provide after-sales assistance.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Engage in preliminary discussions with potential partners, laying the groundwork for more formal negotiations.

  • Must have a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners/clients.

  • Monitor and coordinate accurate, timely production and delivery of contracts.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Perform other duties and related activities assigned by the President/Marketing Director.
