We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Leader with previous leadership experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving sales initiatives, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales objectives, provide training, and address any challenges.
  4. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are met.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Actively participate in fieldwork, including house-to-house selling, to demonstrate effective sales techniques and support team members.
  10. Cultivate a network of sub-agents in the area to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar leadership role.
  2. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Willingness to engage in fieldwork and lead by example.
  7. Existing network of sub-agents in the area is a plus.
