
Customer Service Representative

Salary: P35,000 – P40,000 monthly package
Schedule: Training (2 days): Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
After Training Schedule: PHT, Friday to Tuesday, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
QualificationsSkills Required:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a client in a similar industry.
- The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, analytical and have excellent customer service skills.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in or knowledge of cars/vehicles is an advantage (e.g., type of cars).
- Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service.
- Handle rental customer queries / bill queries.
- Support customers with rental bookings, changes or cancellations.
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone (GoTo Softphone PC App) and online chat (ZenDesk), etc.
- Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Provide feedback to managers on customer service issues to branches.
- Increase feedback and star ratings for all branches.
