Team Management:

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Monitor the quality of construction work, ensuring it meets established standards and building codes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to stay within budget.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable pricing and terms.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve construction processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:
LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER

Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders.

In-depth Knowledge of Construction Processes and Techniques: Understanding of building methods, materials, and equipment.

Proficiency in Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the project.

Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Prior experience in project planning, scheduling, and team management .

At least 10 years of experience in Engineering & Constructions Industry
