Responsibilities
  • Import/Export Registration
  • Consol Listing and Registration
  • Shipment Registration
  • Edoc/Uploading of Docs
  • Send pre alerts, arrival notices, delay notices, and outturn reports
  • Bill of Lading creation
  • Brokerage job registration
  • Flight schedule management and updates
  • Shipment auto rating
Requirements
  • At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
  • Preferably licensed broker with import/export shipment data entry experience
  • Keen attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
  • Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned
