What You'll Be Doing

  1. Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
  2. Define and measure key social media performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  3. Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality social media content across all platforms.
  4. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
  5. Provide constructive feedback to content creators and ensure social media communications are on-brand.
  6. Work on initiatives to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase website traffic.
  7. Actively engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  3. Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics to drive integrated strategies.
  4. Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  5. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
  6. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to deliver timely feedback.
  7. Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
  8. Strong interest in beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
