Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc.'s partner company is a US-based investment banking firm providing services to middle market businesses. We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to support the company's growing corporate finance and private equity activities.

This is a full-time role, on a US Eastern Time zone shift (UTC-05:00), with a work-from-home (WFH) or remote setup.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements, business development, and marketing opportunities.
  2. Collect, organize, and analyze information from relevant internal and external sources.
  3. Perform financial modeling and valuation assessments using various methodologies (e.g., DCF analysis, Comparable Company and Comparable Transactions analyses).
  4. Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers and/or sellers.
  5. Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and prepare management meeting materials.
  6. Identify transaction opportunities, and prepare related documentation and marketing materials, including information memorandums, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data analyses.
  7. Serve as a key team member in executing advisory and financing transactions, with the ability to work independently to lead deals.
  8. Act within professional, ethical, legal, and risk boundaries and guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or finance roles, preferably in a company environment.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis, three-statement modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence management is required.
  • Excellent financial analysis, research, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally via phone and video conferencing.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and integrity.
  • Knowledge of Capital IQ, Factset, Pitchbook is a plus but not required.
