Position: Bookkeeper/Admin Support
Location: Harton Corporate Center, Paranaque, Baclaran, Metro Manila
Work setup & shift: WFH | Day shift

Your Role:
As a Bookkeeper/Admin Support, you will:
- Bank reconciliation through MYOB.
- Reconciling supplier month-end accounts including analysis of supplier invoices ensuring each invoice correlates to a job.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and sending of reminder invoices to those outstanding.
- Creation of invoices when jobs are created.
- Preparation of weekly payroll information.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 1 to 2+ years experience.
- The skills and capabilities require the individual to be able to use MYOB accounting software as well as Excel. Extensive experience is not required, as it can be learnt.
- Individuals should have a can-do attitude to learn new things and be able to pick up these 2 software platforms, as well as be open to training in SimPRO software in the future.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Computer skills such as MYOB and Excel will be needed to be used daily. Energetic and bubbly, positive and keen to be a part of our team. Ability to work with other staff but also independently. A genuine care for grammar and pronunciation when writing emails/prepping invoices, and detail-oriented.
- Not essential as it can be learnt, but proficiency in MYOB and Excel is preferred.
- Be efficient with MYOB Software and have a genuine care for grammar and pronunciation when writing emails/invoices. Excel software proficiency is also important.
