Bookkeeper

Job Objective:
In this role, you will maintain and record the daily financial events of the company. A Bookkeeper is responsible for recording and maintaining a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. She will support the Accounting Head in the preparations of the Financial Statements – Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Position Report.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
Skills/Qualifications:
- College graduate - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Previous bookkeeping experience (prefer)
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understanding accounting best practices
- Knowledge of GAAP, or another accounting framework
- Data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Professionalism and organization skills
