These manual processes force brands to depend heavily on external ad agencies, with nearly 75-80% of marketing spend managed externally via agencies.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking talented Software Engineers excited by the fusion of traditional engineering and innovative AI-driven development. This isn't just another engineering role—it's your chance to directly shape the future of marketing automation.

You'll contribute directly to:

• Product Development: Develop cutting-edge AI workflows and agents to build an internal platform to speed up our client implementation. You'll help create AI tools that essentially streamline how we build and innovate.
• Client Solutions: We partner with clients to tailor our custom AI platform to their unique workflows and requirements, so that they can produce better ads quicker and cheaper.

Our Locations:

Germany

• Our head office is in Munich.
• 2 of our 4 co-founders are based full-time here, leading the sales and implementation teams.
• You will have the opportunity to visit our head office for team off-sites and events.

Philippines

• We worked with software engineers from Philippines in the past and are doubling down on the region by opening our engineering hub in Makati, Manila.
• Our 4th co-founder and CTO is based full-time here and our CEO will split his time between Munich and Manila;
• You will work directly with the decision makers and be at the centre of our entire engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

This role blends software engineering and AI engineering. You'll wear multiple hats and tackle diverse challenges, including:

Software Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications across various domains.
• Write, debug, and optimize application code for performance and scalability.
• Define software requirements and integrate applications with systems and APIs.
• Update and enhance existing systems to meet evolving needs.

AI Engineering

• Build with and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications to automate or enhance workflows.
• Design and implement AI pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Test and refine LLMs for specific use cases.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to optimize prompt effectiveness and minimize hallucinations.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Bring 2+ years of engineering experience to the table.
• Are proficient in front-end development (e.g., React, Next.js) and back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Have experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end, proactively filling knowledge gaps to get the job done.
• Embrace a flexible mindset and are eager to experiment with new coding methods, especially AI-driven approaches.
• Love working with a small, dedicated team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

No extensive LLM or AI tech stack experience required—we'll bring you up to speed. What matters most is your eagerness to learn and dive into AI innovation.

Our High-Intensity Growth Environment:

This role is 100% in-person at our WeWork office in Makati, Manila—no remote or hybrid options.

Our Manila team operates on German business hours to ensure seamless client collaboration. Be prepared for an intense schedule that extends beyond traditional work hours—the founders will work alongside you in the office, putting in the same extended hours and weekend work when needed. But this isn't just about hours—it's about immersive skill development in a high-performance culture.
