About the role

Rising Dragon Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of architecture and engineering. This full-time position is based in our office in Antipolo City, Rizal.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop innovative architectural designs that align with client requirements and company goals.

  2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to guide the construction process.

  3. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design and construction phases.

  4. Provide technical expertise and oversight during the construction process to ensure the final product meets design specifications.

  5. Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

  7. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  1. Licensed Architect with years of experience in the Architecture industry (*NEWLY LICENSED ARCHITECTS ARE STILL WELCOME TO APPLY)

  2. Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions

  3. Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and engineering principles

  4. Proficient in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and can produce PHOTOREALISTIC renders

  5. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  8. Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license.
