Land and Architectural Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Land and Architectural Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring land and existing structures and creating detailed 2D and 3D designs for residential homes. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site measurements of land plots and existing structures.
  • Analyze land topography and plot dimensions for planning purposes.
  • Create accurate 2D architectural floor plans based on client requirements and site measurements.
  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for residential home designs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with engineers, construction teams, and permit authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and project files throughout the design process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land measurement, architectural drafting, and 3D design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of residential building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
