We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Director to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll and attendance management, facilitating performance reviews and appraisals, reviewing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations, shaping company culture, and planning and executing human resources strategies and recruitment plans in line with company policy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the human resources department to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and recruitment plans that align with company vision.
  3. Prepare and manage employment contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee recruitment processes.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals to drive employee growth and engagement.
  6. Monitor and review compensation and benefits packages to stay competitive and compliant.
  7. Evaluate and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to safeguard employees and visitors.
  8. Cultivate a positive company culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
