Responsibilities

· Manages the renewal premiums of customers from all channels.

· Develops programs and processes to encourage engagement and payment, ensuring customer longevity and lifetime value.

· Uses both qualitative and quantitative information to derive insights to run the business; fully understands customer motivators and tendencies in relation to our KPIs.

· Tracks metrics such as persistency and longevity; identifies drivers and strategies to extend these.

· Emphasizes the importance of customer quality for the sustainability of policies.

· Maintains awareness of factors affecting persistency, retention, and premium payments.

· Identifies strategic initiatives to guide efforts with a macro perspective.

· Performs additional tasks including:

o Root-cause analysis

o Dashboard maintenance and report generation

o Presentation and storytelling

o Campaign mechanics and tracking, including retail distribution and direct-to-customer projects

o Coordinates with Data Analytics to enhance customer insights

Key KPIs

· Persistency at 13MP onwards

· Renewal premium of customers

· Product/Brand marketing or actuarial management experience preferred

· Strong analytical and project management skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Insurance or financial services background is preferred
