What you'll do:

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for providing accurate and efficient support to the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This role ensures timely processing of invoices, reconciliations, and payment transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Prepare and submit sales invoices on a daily basis.
  • Enter supplier invoices into accounting systems for review and processing.
  • Respond to customer queries including invoicing, statements, and billing enquiries.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including chasing outstanding payments.
  • Submit payment and claim enquiries to major partners and suppliers.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card entries.
  • Support month-end processes including reporting and claims submissions.
  • Process monthly payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with various ad hoc finance tasks as required.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and reliable team player with a focus on continuous learning.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
