Account Manager I - Client Billing Operations (Inquiry Management Team) (Commercial & Investment Bank)

Job Description

Join JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global leader in financial services, as an Account Manager I - Client Billing Operations (Inquiry Management Team) within our Commercial & Investment Bank division. You will oversee client billing inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies, contributing to a seamless client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain trackers and logs for metrics.
  • Escalate findings to stakeholders promptly.
  • Participate in process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
  • Research and resolve processing errors to prevent funding delays.
  • Identify root causes of errors and coordinate with the Error Review team for approvals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and drive efficiencies.
  • Address escalations timely and effectively.
  • Represent the team in various forums.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Investor Services products, including Custody and Fund Administration.
  • Basic accounting background.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: 2PM - 11PM Manila Time
